Job Title: Admissions Counsellor

About the Role

The PSBB Millennium School / PSBB Learning Leadership Academy is looking for energetic and student-centric Admissions Counsellorswith 4+ years of experience to manage the end-to-end admissions process and deliver an exceptional experience to prospective parents and students.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for parents and prospective students throughout the admissions journey.
- Counsel parents on curriculum, fee structure, school policies, and admission procedures.
- Handle enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital channels while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Drive admissions by converting enquiries into successful enrollments.




- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for seamless student onboarding.
- Maintain accurate admission records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Support school events, campus visits, open houses, and other admission-related initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and other stakeholders to strengthen the school's brand and reputation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in school admissions is mandatory.
- 4-8 years of experience in Admissions Counselling, Parent Relations, or Student Recruitment.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, relationship management, and organizational abilities.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 15-day/1-month notice period will be preferred.
