We are looking for a results-driven Leader Sales Excellence to drive sales performance, optimize sales processes, improve productivity, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales planning, performance tracking, CRM management, analytics, forecasting, and implementing sales excellence initiatives across the organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales excellence strategies to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor sales performance through dashboards, KPIs, and MIS reports.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve business performance.
- Drive sales planning, forecasting, target allocation, and territory management.
- Ensure effective CRM adoption and maintain data accuracy across the sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to streamline sales processes.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and track sales KPIs, incentive plans, and performance metrics.




- Conduct regular business reviews with regional sales teams and leadership.
- Support pricing, product launch, and promotional strategies through data analysis.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and business insights for senior management.
- Drive sales automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate sales training programs to improve team capabilities and product knowledge.
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion ratios, and sales cycle effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to sales policies, compliance, and standard operating procedures.
- Support strategic projects aimed at improving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
