UCAL Group is looking for a highly experienced Head of Finance to lead financial operations across its exportimport trading businesses. The role requires strong expertise in global accounts, multicurrency forex, hedging, ERP systems, MIS, and Indian statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and longterm strategy.
- ExportImport Finance Manage LC documentation, trade finance, export incentives, and bank coordination.
- Global Accounts Oversee international receivables/payables and crossborder settlements.
- Forex & Hedging Manage exposure in USD, GBP, SGD, EUR, AED; execute hedging strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with FEMA, GST, Income Tax, Customs, and RBI norms.
- ERP Management — Lead ERP implementation, financial module accuracy, and process automation.
- MIS & Analytics — Develop MIS dashboards, financial models, and analytical insights.
- Audit & Governance — Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits; strengthen internal controls.
- Team Leadership — Guide and mentor finance teams across UCAL Group.




- Stakeholder Communication — Present financial insights to management, banks, auditors, and global partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15–20 years of experience in exports/imports, global trading, or international finance.
- Strong exposure to multicurrency operations and forex risk management.
- Handson experience with ERP systems ,ZOHO BOOK, Tally Prime
- Expertise in MIS reporting, dashboards, analytics, and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations and statutory compliance.
- Strong understanding of global locations like europe, UK, Middle east financial regulatory and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Experience in a trading, manufacturing, or global supplychain organization preferred.
