About the Role:
We are seeking energetic and result-oriented individuals to join our Insurance Sales team. The role involves promoting insurance products, acquiring new customers, and building long-term client relationships through field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through field visits and networking.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Assist customers with policy documentation and application processes.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in insurance sales, will be given preference.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
