Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Engineer with expertise in Palo Alto Firewalls, Security Operations Center (SOC), SIEM platforms, incident monitoring and threat detection. The candidate will be responsible for security monitoring, incident response, firewall administration and SOC operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor security events using SIEM platforms.
- Perform alert triage and incident investigation.
- Analyze and respond to security incidents.
- Configure and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Investigate malware, phishing and suspicious activities.
- Monitor network traffic and firewall logs.
- Create and tune SIEM use cases.
- Develop incident response procedures.
- Escalate critical incidents.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams.
- Prepare incident reports and RCA documentation.
- Support security compliance and audits.
