2.knowledge of Pneumatics. 3.knowledge of Hydrulics circuits 4.knowledge of All type sensors and Fitments Assembly 5.knowledge of motors and starter maintenance 6.knowledge of EOT Cranes , FLT Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown & Basics Of control panel. 7.knowledge of DG ,UPS,air compressors PM maintenance 8.knowledge of LPG gas furnace,thermocouples and temprature controller. 9.knowledge of Automation line breakdown maintenance 10. Knowledge about Shotpeening , Heat Treatment Process & Machine handling. 11.To attend & solved plant machineries breakdowns i.e robot, bending, cranes, welding machines, Powder Coating shop etc.

12.Preventive maintenance of plant machineries & PM check sheet updation work, ISO Audit related documentation updation.

13.Good knowledge of basic Automation , Robo, Powder & ED Coating Machine Maintenance Pneumatic system,



hydraulic system etc.

14.Good knowledge of Welding & Gas Cutting maintenance Work etc.

15.Recording & calculation of maintenance parameter like MTTR, MTBF, B/D percentage.

16.Follow up with external vendors for other maintenance related services & spares.

17.Basic Knowledge of Power, Machine and Basics of electrical panels.

18.Kaizen and Poka-yoke Implementation.

19.Installation and commissioning of current machines.

20.Manage spare stock by making indent.
