About the Role

The PSBB Millennium School / PSBB Learning Leadership Academy is hiring experienced School Marketing Managers with 5+ years exp to drive admissions, strengthen the school's brand presence, and build strategic partnerships across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, open houses, school events, and promotional activities.
- Build and manage partnerships with preschools, corporates, channel partners, and local communities to generate quality leads.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance brand visibility and student enrolments.
- Collaborate with school leadership to execute local marketing initiatives and strengthen the school's market presence.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4 plus years of experience in School Marketing and Admissions.
- Prior K-12 school experience is mandatory.
- Proven track record in admissions growth, lead generation, and marketing execution.
- Robust communication, relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to plan events, manage partnerships, and achieve admission targets.
