Role : Windows Desktop & Virtualization Engineer

Timings : 2pm to 11pm

Key Responsibilities

- Engineer and support Windows 10/11 desktop environments, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Lead the deployment and management of Microsoft Intune for Windows device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Design, implement, and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Citrix Workspace environments, including image management and application delivery.
- Manage and optimize Windows 365 Cloud PCs, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of desktop and virtual environment tasks.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to implement Zero Trust and up-to-date device management principles.
- Provide Level 3 support for complex Windows and virtualization issues and mentor junior engineers.
- Maintain documentation for engineering standards, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance the Windows desktop and virtualization experience.
