We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse Geriatric Care to provide high-quality nursing care for senior citizens in home care and senior living environments. The ideal candidate should have solid clinical skills, excellent patient care abilities, and a commitment to improving the quality of life of elderly patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to elderly patients in home care and senior living facilities.
- Monitor, assess, and record patients' vital signs while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Administer medications as prescribed and perform nursing procedures, including catheter care and Ryles tube management.
- Provide wound care and ensure proper infection prevention practices.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and perform CPR when required.
- Assist patients with daily healthcare needs while ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Collaborate with doctors, caregivers,



and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Educate patients and family members on health management, medication adherence, and preventive care.
- Maintain compliance with nursing protocols, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.

Qualification
