Role & responsibilities

- Conduct speech and language assessments.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions.
- Prepare therapy plans and monitor progress.
- Maintain client records and reports.
- Guide parents on home practice.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech & Hearing / Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) or equivalent.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about working with children and adults.
- Good assessment, documentation, and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team.
- Willing to work from our Chennai or Tiruppur branch.
