The Role
We are looking for a senior-level, autonomous NodeJS Developer who can cleanly swing between heavy API architecture and fluid frontend layouts. You will be core engineer #2, partnering closely with our UI Lead and CTO to turn complex FinTech data into a beautiful, secure application.

We don't just tolerate AI tools; we actively expect you to leverage LLMs, AI coding assistants, and modern automation workflows to maximize code velocity and deployment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Backend Architecture: Build, scale, and secure high-performance API architectures utilizing the NestJS framework.
- Frontend Engineering: Develop responsive, reliable, and clean user interfaces with ReactJS.
- Code Reliability: Write robust unit tests via Jest to ensure structural integrity and flawless mathematical execution (crucial for FinTech data).




- AI-Accelerated Workflows: Actively utilize AI development tools to optimize coding speed, debug quickly, and streamline documentation.
- Infrastructure Support: Assist with cloud-native deployments and simple pipelines within our AWS DevOps environment.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with a heavy preference for candidates coming from a dedicated Product Company background.
- The Stack: Proven, production-grade mastery of NestJS, NodeJS, ReactJS, and Jest.
- Domain Knowledge: Past experience working within FinTech, wealth management, or high-security transactional systems.
- Cloud Basics: Practical hands-on familiarity deploying or managing applications within AWS.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a strictly technical equivalent.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Advanced experience with AI APIs, prompting models, or incorporating intelligent agents directly into a codebase.
