- Lead and manage SAP FICO production support and enhancement activities.

- Manage and mentor a team of 4 offshore SAP FICO consultants.
- Drive system changes, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration and business processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Provide strategic input for process optimization and SAP best practices.
- Participate in planning and execution of upgrades, patches, and current implementations.
