JD :

At leastone or two, end-end implementation experience in Strategic PortfolioManagement (SPM)

o Demand Management

o Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

o Resource Management

o Timecards

o Agile Development 2.0 (CWM & EAP).

5+ years experience working in Service Now preferably

• 5 years experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML

• Familiar with SAML authentication and integration with ServiceNow

• Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST, API’s)

• Experience creating ServiceNow update sets,



promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production

• Ability to adapt to recent technologies and evolving customer requirements.

• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills

• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.

• Experiencing in implementing and maintain Discovery and CMDB

• Familiar with UI/UX concepts.
