Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing counselling and conversion of patients in a fertility clinic
Explain treatment plan, pricing and packages to patients and resolve their queries
Drive OP-IP conversion as per centre targets using levers such as Same day-month booking, Cradle of Care (support group), Joy of Parenthood Hope Blossoms
Follow up with booked patients for further course of treatment, including OPU pendency, donor pendency, conversion of failed IUI/IVF cycle to IVF packages, conversion of multi-cycle package.
