Hiring: Transformation Projects L2 | Chennai | Hybrid | Rotational Shift

We are hiring Transformation Projects L2 professionals with 2- 5 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management.

Shift: Rotational

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive Continuous Improvement and Business Transformation projects.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with business, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain project governance standards.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure project commitments are met.




- Support process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Required Skills:

- 2 - 5 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Transformation, PMO, or Project Management.
- Valuable understanding of Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Process Excellence methodologies.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
