We are looking for Sales Manager - Gold Loans to be part of our management team.

To drive Gold loans sales for assigned region and lead a team of executives.

Job Purpose

To generate Gold Loan business exclusively through open market sourcing activities. The role focuses on field sales, customer acquisition, and building strong local market networks without dependency on branch walk-ins.

Key Responsibilities

1. Open Market Sourcing (Primary Role)

- Generate gold loan business through direct field visits and door-to-door activities.
- Source customers from local markets, residential areas, traders, and small business owners.
- Build strong referral networks with DSA, finance agents, brokers, and local influencers.
- Conduct field marketing activities, pamphlet distribution, and local campaigns.
- Recruit, train and motivate channel sales team

2. Target Achievement

- Achieve assigned monthly disbursement and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong conversion ratio from lead to disbursement.
- Focus on repeat business and renewals from sourced customers.

3. Relationship & Market Development

- Develop and maintain strong relationships in the assigned territory.




- Identify new business pockets and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

4. Customer Handling

- Explain product features, LTV, interest rates, and repayment options clearly.
- Ensure smooth coordination with branch/operations team for quick disbursement.
- Follow up for renewals, part payments, and top-ups.

5. Reporting & Compliance

- Maintain daily field activity reports.
- Ensure proper KYC collection and documentation.
- Follow company policies and regulatory norms strictly.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate
- 7+ years of experience in Gold Loan with team hanndlig
- Robust local area knowledge is mandatory.
- Must be comfortable with complete field sales role.
- Two-wheeler with valid license required.
