- Own end-to-end last-mile operations across the Coimbatore cluster.
- Drive daily delivery performance, including SLA, on-time delivery, rider productivity, and order success rates.
- Manage Team Leads and city operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Build, train, and retain high-performing operations teams.
- Forecast manpower requirements and ensure adequate rider availability.
- Monitor key operational metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with client operations, dark stores, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Handle escalations and ensure service excellence.
- Identify process improvements to reduce costs while improving customer experience.
- Scale operations as the business expands across the region.Requirements
- 48+ years of experience in logistics, quick commerce, or hyperlocal last-mile operations.
- Hands-on experience managing quick-commerce last-mile operations is mandatory.




- Proven experience managing large rider fleets and multiple locations.
- Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading ground teams in a high-growth environment.
- Comfortable working with operational dashboards and performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel across the Coimbatore cluster.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket Now, Dunzo, or similar quick-commerce operations.
- Experience scaling multi-city operations.
