- Manage end-to-end site operations including warehouse, inventory, logistics, and customer service at client location.
- Ensure timely material availability, dispatch, and smooth supply chain flow to support plant operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients while working on ERP/SAP systems for effective operations.
- Lead and supervise operational team, drive performance, and achieve KPIs like OTD, inventory control, and service levels.
