Job Description

- Design and detailing of various facade elements involving different materialities and systems to meet the complex facade demands of the project.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, as well as international and local codes related to facade design.
- Report to Project Lead to support all project stages, including design development and documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation throughout various project phases.
- Provide proactive problem-solving and demonstrate initiative to address design challenges effectively.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in engineering or architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with a facade contractor or consultancy.
- UAE and international experience are essential.




- Robust knowledge of facade systems, materials, and their applications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must.
- Solid understanding of facade-related industry standards, as well as international and local codes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
