Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead regional business development and manage end-to-end commercial operations.
- Build and manage relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and decision-makers.
- Drive clinical onboarding and ensure successful integration of digital therapeutics solutions.
- Mentor and guide field teams to achieve revenue, awareness, and adoption targets.
- Execute marketing strategies, clinical outreach programs,



and medical engagement roadmaps.
- Track business metrics, forecast growth, and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Collaborate with product, clinical, and operational teams to enhance customer experience and service outcomes.

Requirements :

- 6 - 13 years of experience in the Pharma, Medical Device, or Diagnostics sector.
- Proven experience in territory management, hospital engagement, and structured sales planning.
- Strong influencing skills and experience working with medical stakeholders.
- People-management experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-driven, analytical, and motivated to scale new-age clinical innovations.
