Immediate Joiners Required:

The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Talent Management processes, configuration expertise, and experience working across implementation lifecycle phases including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Must have 6-8 years of experience with minimum of 2 cycles of implementation experience in below mentioned modules.
- Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality and identify functionality gaps and develop solutions for them.
- Should have Strong Functional Experience(Configuration & Solution) in HCM Cloud Talent Management.
- Must be well versed in all modules like Performance Management, Profile Management, Goal Management,Succession Planning and Talent Review.
- Any additional knowledge of other modules is preferable.
- Must have positive written skills and communication to be able to co-ordinate between teams.
