Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect with 12+ years of SAP Finance and Controlling experience to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and optimization of SAP financial solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in SAP FICO, S/4HANA Finance, business process transformation, solution architecture, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect end-to-end SAP FICO solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, migrations, rollouts, and support projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Configure and optimize SAP FI and CO modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

- Lead SAP Finance transformation initiatives and process improvements.
- Define integration architecture between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, PS, Treasury, and SuccessFactors.
- Drive SAP S/4HANA migration and conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
- Conduct solution reviews, architecture governance, and design workshops.
- Mentor SAP consultants and provide technical leadership.
- Support audit, compliance, tax, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and proposal preparation.

Required Skills





- 12+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration and solution design.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and migrations.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
- New GL
- Group Reporting
- Central Finance
- Revenue Recognition
- Credit Management
- FSCM

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and controlling processes.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for Finance.
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP SD, MM, PP, PS, and Treasury.
- Experience in solution architecture, system design, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
- Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Experience leading global SAP transformation programs.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere is an added advantage.
- Experience working with multinational clients and large enterprise environments.
