Role & responsibilities
Ensure Protected workplace in shop floor.
Maintaining "5S" .
Manpower Work allocation / Training / Utilization.
Monitor Hourly / Shift / Day Production output as per plan.
Ensure Process flow as per SOP.
In process rejection reduction
MIS report for production output / OEE / TEEP.
Line balancing.
CT reduction.
Loss reduction.
Tool life improvement.
EHS/QMS - Compliance.
Motivate employees for process improvements.
Key Performance Indicator
Safety - No of accidents.
Quality - In process rejection.
Production - Plan Vs Actual adherence by daily/ weekly / monthly with gap analysis.
Delivery - SNOP Plan Vs Actual adherence
Productivity - PMPD improvement.
OEE improvement.
TEI - No Kaizen.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Manufacturing Industry (Plastic Injection Molding) Mandatory
