Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Executive to improve brand visibility, organic lead generation, SEO performance, and social media growth for Fusion My Business across the UK, Ireland, and Current Zealand markets.
The candidate will be responsible for executing structured marketing schedules, improving online presence, scaling digital campaigns, and increasing engagement across all social media channels.
Key Responsibilities

- Plan and follow effective weekly and monthly marketing schedules
- Manage and grow social media pages across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business
- Create and schedule promotional posts, reels, stories, and campaign content
- Improve SEO performance for organic lead generation
- Optimize website pages, blogs, keywords, and metadata for search ranking
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for POS, online ordering, kiosks, and payment solutions
- Monitor website traffic, engagement, and campaign performance
- Generate quality inbound leads through organic and paid marketing strategies
- Coordinate with design and product teams for marketing materials and campaigns
- Create email marketing and WhatsApp campaign content
- Improve brand awareness and online visibility in target markets
- Track competitors, trends, and marketing opportunities




- Support review generation, customer engagement, and reputation management

SEO Responsibilities

- Keyword research and competitor analysis
- On-page SEO optimization
- Technical SEO basics
- Blog/content optimization
- Google Search Console & Analytics monitoring
- Backlink and local SEO strategy
- Improve ranking for restaurant technology and POS-related keywords

Social Media Responsibilities

- Daily/weekly content planning
- Reel and promotional campaign ideas
- Engagement growth strategies
- Social media performance tracking
- Brand consistency across platforms
- Community management and customer interaction

Required Skills

- 2 to 3 years experience in Digital Marketing / SEO / Social Media Marketing
- Knowledge of SEO tools and keyword optimization
- Experience managing social media business pages
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Content writing and campaign planning skills
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools
- Understanding of analytics and lead generation
- Good communication and coordination skills

Good to Have

- Experience in SaaS or restaurant/hospitality industry
- Video editing or reel creation knowledge
- Email marketing platform experience
- Basic HTML or website CMS knowledge
- LinkedIn marketing experience
