In this role, you will lead multiple high-impact initiatives, embed AI into our daily engineering practices, and serve as a technical bridge across the organization. You will architect solutions, navigate complex enterprise hierarchies, and guide stakeholders toward scalable, forward-thinking technical decisions.

Core Skills & Requirements Experience & Leadership

- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, enterprise-level applications.

- Enterprise Influence: Exceptional communication skills with a proven history of driving architectural decisions and aligning stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.

- Beyond the Code: You bring experience that goes beyond standard individual contributor work, demonstrating clear impact in system design, process improvement, and technical leadership.

Technical Proficiencies

- Full Stack Mastery: Deep programming experience in Java or Python , coupled with a strong understanding of UI technologies, Web service frameworks, and NoSQL databases.

- AI-Native Development: Proven experience utilizing AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in daily workflows, alongside a strong grasp of prompt and context engineering.

- Cloud Architecture: Extensive hands-on experience designing and operating SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions on AWS (AWS Certifications are a robust plus).

- DevOps Mindset: Proven track record of implementing and automating robust CI/CD pipelines.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

- Experience developing applications using Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
