Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate with collection agencies in your assigned region.
- Track monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Monitor the performance of agencies and their field executives.
- Analyze collection reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct audits to ensure agencies follow company policies and RBI/legal guidelines.
- Resolve escalations and help agencies improve their recovery performance.
- Build solid relationships with agency partners and ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Operations, Sales, or Vendor Management.
- Experience handling collection agencies or field collection teams is preferred.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Must know Malayalam and English.
- Comfortable working in the field and coordinating with external vendors.
