Job Summary

Serve as a subject matter expert in product information and master data management for a global retail focused environment owning end to end catalog and vendor data processes in Psft based systems while supporting hybrid night shift operations and ensuring accurate product data that improves customer experience and business decision quality.

Responsibilities

- Manage end to end product master data lifecycle in Psft catalog management systems to ensure high quality structured and accurate product information across all retail channels and internal applications.
- Coordinate catalog creation updates and retirement activities to maintain a consistent single source of truth for product attributes pricing packaging hierarchies and relationships across multiple business units.
- Execute vendor master data setup and maintenance in Psft vendor management modules to ensure compliant complete and timely onboarding of vendors that supports procurement and merchandising teams.
- Validate complex product attribute sets including size color materials compliance and digital content to reduce listing errors returns and customer dissatisfaction across global markets.
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in merchandising buying supply chain and finance to capture data requirements and translate them into standardized MDM structures and rules.
- Develop and document reusable data standards data dictionaries and naming conventions that improve data quality enable analytics and support future retail product expansion.




- Monitor nightly data loads batch jobs and integrations involving product and vendor data to quickly identify resolve and document data issues that could impact downstream systems.
- Analyze data quality metrics and recurring defects related to catalog and vendor records and propose targeted process improvements that prevent rework and reduce operational costs.
- Support new product introduction processes by configuring and validating recent retail product structures in Psft so that launches occur on time with accurate information for digital and store channels.
- Assist merchandising teams in setting up complex assortments bundles and promotions in the master data model to enable differentiated offers while maintaining data integrity.
- Prepare clear operational documentation run books and job aids that guide peers in executing catalog and vendor management tasks consistently during hybrid night shifts.
- Partner with technology teams to test enhancements to Psft catalog and vendor modules by creating test scenarios executing validations and confirming that data flows meet business expectations.




- Communicate status risks and data issues to stakeholders in a concise actionable manner so that priority decisions can be made quickly and customer impact is minimized.

Qualifications

- Apply professional experience of four to six years in product information and master data management to manage complex catalog and vendor data in a structured enterprise environment.
- Demonstrate hands on expertise with Psft catalog management functionality including item setup attribute configuration and hierarchy maintenance in support of retail operations.
- Show strong practical experience with Psft vendor management including vendor onboarding banking data maintenance and compliance validations aligned to procurement standards.
- Leverage practical understanding of retail new product development processes to support efficient setup of new items assortments and related vendor data for timely market introduction.
- Use familiarity with retail product development and merchandising practices to translate commercial strategies into robust and scalable master data structures.
- Operate effectively in a hybrid work model and night shift setting by managing priorities independently while maintaining clear communication with global stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills and attention to detail to investigate data anomalies reconcile records and ensure that product and vendor information remains consistent across systems.

Certifications Required

Any relevant Psft certification in supply chain or procurement or a recognized data management certification such as CDMP or equivalent is preferred.
