Role & responsibilities

- Maintain and interpret financial reporting using accounting tools and software.
- Manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
- Handle accruals, financial close, budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and governance practices.
- Analyze financial data and provide business insights for decision-making.
- Prepare financial reports, charts, presentations, and management reports.
- Lead month-end close activities and periodic financial processes.
- Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support financial policies.
- Manage and mentor finance team members while ensuring operational excellence

Preferred candidate profile





- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- Team Handling Experience: 3 to 4 Years Mandatory
- Experience: 10 to 12 Years (US GAAP and/or IFRS)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of financial systems, automation tools, and data flows.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
