Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, and drive sales through calls and online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
- Explain products/services and address customer queries
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
