Purpose of the Role

In this Context of Vehicle Projects, You will Play the Role to Define Robust Fastening Solutions by Analyzing the Interface of its Technical Scope and Ensure Developments Relating to Definition of Fastening Solution by Reducing Diversity, Mixitie, Reducing Costs and Solving Fastening Related Issues in Plant as well as Supplier

Job Responsibilities

Audit and Validate Tightening Process - Residual Torque and Torque + Angle Joints

Fastener Selection based on Interfaces & Technical Convergence Study

Tightening Tool Selection

Managing Torque Related Issues and Plant Support in all IAP Programs

Mount ability issue Identification Related to Fasteners and Negotiate with Product Design

Tool Capability Study based on Standards

Engineering Change Study and Approval for Fastener Related

Fastener Communization and Triplet Matrix

Connection Creation and Part Number Creation - PLM





Value Engineering and Value Analysis on Fasteners to Reduce Cost

Support Process Team to Optimise Process and Reducing DST

Maintaining Torque Report and Digital Study in CATIA

Solid Cross functional alignment setup and negotiation skill

Strong in analytics, Excel, Powe Point Presentation

RFQ Preparation/PR/PO Process
