As part of our business expansion, we are entering the plotted development segment and are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional who can lead sales initiatives, generate business opportunities and successfully drive plot sales while strengthening the company's market presence.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with 5+ years of proven experience in real estate, preferably in plot sales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales, developing and executing marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, managing channel partners and achieving revenue targets.

The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation, relationship management skills and a demonstrated ability to convert opportunities into successful sales while contributing to the overall business growth of SAN LandMark.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Drive end-to-end sales of residential plots while achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
2. Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, brokers, channel partners,



corporate clients, digital marketing campaigns and portals.
3. Identify prospective customers, conduct client meetings, project presentations, property demonstrations and site visits to convert leads into successful sales.
4. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, and increase market penetration.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors, financial institutions and other key stakeholders to expand the business network.
6. Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing strategies and negotiate commercial terms to ensure timely closure of sales while maintaining profitability.
7. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, customer database and prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts and MIS for management.
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
2. Mandatory experience in Plot Sales / Land Sales.
3. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Experience working with real estate developers, builders or plot development projects is highly preferred.
5. Robust network with brokers, channel partners is an added advantage.
