We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Madipakkam, Chennai.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.




- Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
