We're hiring : US unemployment claims lead

Work location : Chennai

Experience : 2 to 7 years

Shift : US shift

Notice period : Immediate to 15days

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end process for Unemployment Claims adjudication, including reviewing documents, conducting investigations, and making decisions on claims.

- Ensure timely processing of claims from intake to payment, maintaining high accuracy rates (90%+).

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to claimant eligibility, benefit amounts, and appeal processes.

- Develop robust relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service through phone calls and emails.

- Identify areas for improvement in the process and implement changes to increase efficiency.





Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in US HR operations or similar field.

- Strong understanding of US unemployment claims process, laws, regulations, and procedures.

- Proficiency in using technology such as Workforce Management Systems (WMS) for managing workflows.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients, team members, and management.
