Mandatory Skills:

- Playwright (Web Automation)
- API Testing using Newman and Insomnia
- Azure DevOps (Test Plans, Defect Management, Release Management, Dashboards)
- GitHub Copilot and Agentic AI tools

- CI/CD and Azure DevOps Pipelines

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor QA/Test Automation teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites.
- Own Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Execution, and Test Closure activities.
- Manage defect lifecycle, defect triage, and root cause analysis.
- Drive release management and quality governance processes.
- Collaborate with business, product, development, and leadership stakeholders.
- Provide quality metrics, risk assessments, and release readiness status.
- Promote adoption of AI-driven testing practices using GitHub Copilot and Agentic AI solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Agile and DevOps best practices.
