Title: BlackLine Administrator

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support BlackLine modules based on business requirements.
- Manage and optimize Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including General Ledger (GL), Account Reconciliations, and Journal Entries.
- Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Integrate BlackLine with ERP systems, preferably SAP, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment support.
- Create functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the financial close cycle.

Required Skills Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the BlackLine platform.
- Robust knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Account Reconciliations




- Journal Entries

- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Good understanding of financial accounting and month-end close processes.
- Experience in BlackLine implementation, configuration, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with BlackLine implementation or migration projects.
- Knowledge of finance transformation and process automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with SAP FI/CO or other ERP finance modules.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
