We are seeking a Lead Java Backend Developer (AWS) to spearhead the architecture, development, and deployment of our cloud-native enterprise platforms. You will guide an agile engineering team, establish backend coding standards, and design highly scalable, resilient microservices natively on AWS.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have Technical Skills

- Java Mastery: Advanced Core Java (8+ or modern versions), OOP, concurrency, and JVM performance tuning.
- Spring Ecosystem: Expert knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
- AWS Cloud Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with:
- Compute & Containers: ECS, EKS, AWS Lambda (Serverless)
- Data & Storage: RDS, DynamoDB, Amazon S3
- Networking & Integration: API Gateway, SQS, SNS, Event Bridge, IAM.

- Database Expertise: Robust proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)



AND NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB).
- CI/CD & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or AWS Code Pipeline.
- Testing Frameworks: Experience driving testing suites using JUnit, Mockito, and Test containers.

Highly Desirable (Nice-to-Have):

- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer Associate.
- Streaming Platforms: Experience handling real-time data streaming via Apache Kafka or AWS Kinesis.
- Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.

Soft Skills & Leadership Qualities

- Proven history of leading developer teams or serving as a technical point of contact.
- Strong verbal and written technical communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for debugging complex, distributed systems.
