Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Consultant (PET) with expertise in Delivery Process Excellence, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Metrics Management, and Project Auditing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, process maturity assessments, CMMI and ISO audits, and continuous process improvement initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, audit experience, risk identification capabilities, and the ability to drive organization-wide process transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Process, Information Security, Risk, and Control Audits.
- Generate, analyze, and report project and organizational metrics.
- Perform metrics baselining and trend analysis.
- Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive process and tool transformation programs across delivery units.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to improve delivery processes and governance.
- Conduct process, quality, and compliance-related trainings.
- Support Agile maturity assessments and process compliance reviews.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Solid experience in CMMI DEV v1.3 Framework.
- Expertise in ISO 9001 (ISO 9K) and ISO 27001 (ISO 27K) standards.
- Hands-on experience in Process Auditing and Quality Assurance.




- Experience managing Information Security audits and compliance activities.
- Strong knowledge of Risk Management, Risk Controls, and Metrics Management.
- Expertise in Data Analysis and Metrics Baselining.
- Experience working in software development projects with exposure to QA, audits, and governance frameworks.

Certifications (Preferred)

- Internal Quality Auditor (IQA)
- Lead Auditor Certifications on ISO Standards
- Six Sigma Certification
- Knowledge of SharePoint and MicroStrategy tools is desirable.
