Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow platform governance, architecture, and solution design.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, risk, and regulatory standards.
- Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases, and overall platform health.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and leadership teams to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
- Drive implementation and optimization of ServiceNow modules and workflows.
- Establish development standards, best practices, and governance processes.
- Lead technical teams including developers, administrators, and support resources.
- Review and approve solution designs, integrations, and customizations.
- Monitor platform performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with ServiceNow support when required.




- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Support audit, compliance, and security initiatives related to the platform.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Robust expertise in ServiceNow Platform Architecture and Administration.
- Hands-on experience with:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- ITAM
- CMDB
- Service Catalog
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Problem Management

- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Workflow Automation.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and integrations.
- Experience implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
- Understanding of ServiceNow security, governance, and platform best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
