EEE Assistant Professor / Industry Relations & Training Officer Chennai | 5 Years of Teaching Experience Immediate Joiner needed

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) Assistant Professor / Faculty Professional with 5 years of teaching experience to work with our manufacturing company in Chennai as an Industry Relations & Training Officer.

The candidate will be responsible for developing strong industryacademic relationships, creating MoUs with engineering colleges, coordinating placement activities, developing industry-oriented syllabus, and delivering technical training programs for students.

NOTE: IMMEDIATE JOINER NEEDED

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage MoU partnerships between engineering colleges and the company.
- Develop robust relationships with college management, placement cells, and faculty teams.
- Coordinate placement activities and support campus recruitment initiatives.
- Design and develop industry-oriented syllabus, curriculum, and training modules for MoU partner colleges.
- Prepare technical content, presentations, training materials, and assessment modules.
- Conduct technical training programs for EEE students as per industry requirements.
- Coordinate internships, workshops, industrial visits, and skill development programs.
- Identify student skill gaps and recommend suitable training solutions.
- Represent the company in college meetings, seminars, workshops, and placement events.
- Maintain records related to MoUs, training programs, college interactions,



and placement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- M.E/ M.TECH / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) mandatory.
- 5–10 years of teaching experience as Assistant Professor in Engineering Colleges.
- Strong knowledge of transformers and engineering education.
- Experience in placement coordination, industry interaction, MOU coordination, syllabus development, or student training is preferred.
- Good understanding of industry requirements and technical skill development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with colleges, students, and corporate teams.
- Experience in Funded projects.
