Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Manager Pricing & Commercials for one of our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving pricing strategy and commercial excellence for enterprise technology products while working closely with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement pricing strategies and commercial models for new and existing products.
- Define, standardize, and enhance pricing frameworks, commercial policies, and pricing guidelines across the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Regional Sales, Business Finance, and Product Heads to develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Provide commercial and pricing support during customer deal negotiations.
- Work closely with the Legal team to develop and maintain standard commercial contract templates and pricing schedules.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements to optimize pricing decisions.
- Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to improve commercial operations and scalability.
- Develop compelling value propositions that clearly communicate product value to customers.




- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing best practices, and commercial management innovations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA from a reputed institute with specialization in Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Product Management, Revenue Management, or related functions.
- Strong experience in pricing strategy, commercial models, pricing frameworks, and product pricing.
- Experience with enterprise software or SaaS products is preferred.
- Robust analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to make data-driven pricing decisions.
- Experience collaborating with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Exposure to commercial negotiations and contract management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience in the Airline, Travel, or Hospitality technology domain will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
