Role: UKG Tester

- Job Description and Skillset

- Perform Testing for UKG applications by validating modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, LOA, Accruals, Devices, Security, and other workforce management modules against business requirements.
- Execute automated testing for critical business flows and regression scenarios.
- Conduct Time Compare / Pay Compare testing by running parallel validations between legacy systems and UKG to ensure payroll calculations, tax computations, deductions, and net pay accuracy.
- Perform Integration Testing to validate data flow between UKG and upstream/downstream systems.
- Validate configurations including pay policies, accrual rules, shift differentials, scheduling rules, and absence management setups in UKG WFM Pro.
- Log, track, retest,



and coordinate defect resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Vendor and /Other onsite stakeholders, business analysts, developers, payroll teams, and functional consultants during testing cycles.
- Strong hands-on experience in UKG WFM Pro testing.
- Experience in Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, Integration Testing, and Payroll Validation.
- Knowledge of Workforce Management modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Absence Management, and Security.
- Experience with test automation tools and defect management tools..
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in fast energetic workplace and support testing cycles across time zones.
