IT Service Desk Engineer (Freshers)

Work Model: 100% Work from Office
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (5 Days Working with Rotational Week Offs)

About the Role

This is an excellent chance for fresh graduates looking to start their career in IT Support. Selected candidates will receive free technical and communication training before onboarding to prepare them for enterprise IT Service Desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level-1 technical support via Phone, Email, and Chat.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, Windows, and network-related issues.
- Log, categorize, update, and track incidents using the ticketing system.
- Resolve user issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and work logs.




- Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Adhere to organizational quality, compliance, and information security standards.

Eligibility

- Fresh graduates with good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work from the office in 24x7 rotational shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
