Mortgage Underwriter / Senior Mortgage Underwriter

We are hiring experienced Mortgage Underwriters for a leading US Residential Mortgage process. Candidates should have strong expertise in End-to-End Live Underwriting, AUS Review, Income & Asset Underwriting, and Post Closing activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Residential Mortgage Underwriting
End-to-End Live Underwriting experience is mandatory
Solid knowledge of AUS and 4 C's of Credit
Experience in Income & Asset Underwriting
Post Closing experience is mandatory
Graduation is mandatory
Immediate Joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice period preferred
Relieving Letter is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Perform End-to-End Live Underwriting for residential mortgage loans
• Review AUS findings and determine loan eligibility
• Analyze borrower income, assets, credit, and supporting documents
• Conduct Income & Asset Underwriting as per guidelines
• Handle Post Closing reviews and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations
