Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global RMG Lead to lead the global Resource Management Group (RMG) function across multiple geographies, driving enterprise-wide workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity management, and utilization.

The role will partner with Executive Leadership, Delivery, Sales, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Practice Heads to ensure the right talent is deployed to the right projects at the right time while maximizing billable utilization and supporting business growth.

The Global RMG Lead will own the global resource strategy, oversee regional RMG teams, and establish governance, forecasting, and staffing processes across all delivery locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the global resource management strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build workforce plans to support business growth across regions.
- Establish global resource management policies, governance, and operating models.
- Optimize global talent deployment while balancing cost, utilization, and customer commitments.
Lead enterprise-wide resource planning across all business units and geographies.
- Oversee allocation of consultants across projects, accounts, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure timely staffing of customer engagements while meeting utilization and margin goals.
Own demand forecasting based on sales pipeline,



renewals, and delivery commitments.
Monitor workforce supply-demand gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Drive global billable utilization targets.
- Monitor bench size, bench aging, and redeployment strategies.
- Optimize utilization across practices and delivery centers.
- Recommend redeployment, reskilling, or workforce optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Certifications in PMP, ITIL, Agile, or workforce planning are advantageous.

Preferred Experience

- 10 to 12 + years in IT Services, with at least 7 to 8 years in Resource Management or Workforce Planning leadership.
- Should have experience in running the RMG function in technology-driven IT companies with 5000 to 10000 employees.
- Proven success leading global RMG functions in large IT services firms.
- Expertise in partnering with executive leadership to align workforce strategy with business objectives.
- Solid experience in optimizing utilization, improving margins, and supporting large-scale digital transformation programs.
