- Position Overview: Drive revenue growth and strengthen client partnerships by managing key high-net-worth (HNI).
- Portfolio Management: Nurture and retain an existing portfolio of premium clients, serving as their primary strategic advisor.
- Business Development: Proactively identify, pitch, and acquire recent high-value clients to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Financial Solutions: Assess complex client needs and cross-sell tailored financial products, wealth solutions, or corporate services.
- Relationship Building: Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders.
- Risk & Compliance:



Ensure all client onboarding and transactional workflows strictly align with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with product, operations, and risk management teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Client Retention: Resolve escalated client queries promptly to achieve high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and zero attrition.

Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree with 2-8 years of relevant experience in relationship management, client acquisition, and portfolio growth.
