Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with solid expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LangChain-based AI Agent development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and building enterprise-grade AI agents, implementing RAG architectures, and deploying scalable AI solutions into production.

This role requires a strong foundation in traditional machine learning, including feature engineering, model development, training, evaluation, and deployment, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technical design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using LangChain and related agentic AI frameworks.
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines integrating vector databases and LLMs.
- Develop scalable Python-based AI/ML applications for enterprise environments.
- Perform feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment for traditional ML use cases.
- Integrate LLMs, APIs, embeddings, and vector search solutions into production workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
- Drive architectural and technical design decisions for AI platforms and applications.
- Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve solution reliability.
- Follow best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and MLOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:





- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 4–5 years of strong Python development experience focused on AI/ML and Data Science.
- Proven expertise in LangChain for building enterprise AI agents.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflows.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Experience in traditional machine learning, including:

- Feature Engineering
- Model Development
- Training & Evaluation
- Deployment & Monitoring

- Strong programming skills in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based deployments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP AI services.
- Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, or Weaviate.
