Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with insurance carriers on outstanding claims.
- Analyze and resolve Accounts Receivable for maximum collections.
- Handle denials, appeals, corrected claims, and payment resolutions.
- Utilize insurance portals and available tools for claim research and resolution.
- Meet productivity and quality SLAs.
- Accurately document account updates in the billing system.
