- Handle inbound & outbound calls in Tamil
- Resolve customer queries with accurate information
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Update and record customer details in the system
- Ensure customer satisfaction & timely resolution

- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication in Tamil (Good English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
Salary Details:
- Freshers: 16,000/month
- Experienced: Up to 20,000/month
