Job Description – QA Role

Eligibility criteria

1. A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in data and/or voice based projects( 2 years qa)
2. Positive grasp and usage of Quality Assurance tools such as the 7 QC tools, process mapping tools, RCA, checklists and templates
3. Familiarity and usage of any of the statistical techniques and models such as ANOVA, FMEA, Kaizen, PDCA Cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act), Total Quality Management (TQM), lean six sigma, benchmarking, etc – A minimum of 2 to 3
4. Familiarity of regulatory standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)
5. Software proficiency – MS Office Suite
6. Familiarity of UK work culture is an added advantage

2. **Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyse data, trends, and root causes of issues

Awareness of customer expectations and the ability to ensure products or services meet or exceed those expectations
5. **Documentation and Reporting: Proficiency in documenting processes, findings, creating comprehensive reports and maintaining accurate records
6. **Attention to Detail: Ability to notice even minor deviations or errors in processes or outputs
7. **Quality Assurance Principles: Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks, standards, and methodologies relevant to the industry
8. ** Experience in web research - Should be proficient in researching and validating data from publicly open sources
9. Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, often with stakeholders from different departments
10. Time Management: Capacity to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
11. Training and Development: Willingness to train others on quality standards and best practices
12. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes in processes, technologies, or organizational structures
