Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PS configuration (WBS elements, networks, activities, milestones)
- Configure project structures: Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Network Activities, Milestones, and Project Profiles
- Handle project planning, budgeting, cost planning, and revenue planning within PS
- Integrate SAP PS with other modules commonly FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and PM
- Manage project-related billing (resource-related billing, milestone billing) and settlement processes
- Support period-end closing activities: overhead calculation, WIP (Work in Progress), results analysis, settlement
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects) and coordinate with ABAP teams
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents/tickets (ITSM/ticketing tools)
- Prepare documentation: business blueprints, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials




- Support S/4HANA migration or greenfield/brownfield implementation projects involving PS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders during workshops and design sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PS module configuration
- Working knowledge of integration points with FI-CO, MM, SD, and PP modules
- Experience in at least 12 full-cycle SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PS (Fiori apps, simplified project structures) preferred
- Understanding of project costing, budgeting, and revenue recognition processes
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- SAP certification in PS or S/4HANA is a plus
- Experience with Agile/Activate methodology is desirable for S/4HANA projects
